Welcome to the Lay Led Self Management Network
This web site is for voluntary and not-for-profit organisations which are stakeholders in self management or providers of self management programmes for people with long term health conditions.
In particular, it is for coordinators of organisations running Stanford University courses and for organisations interested in running such programmes in the future.
It is a source of information and support, promoting best practice and facilitating representation of the voluntary and not-for-profit sector to all stakeholders including the new Community Interest Company (formerly the Expert Patients Programme or EPP) NHS and government.
